1. Returns

  • Items must be:
    • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
    • With all tags and packaging intact
  • Returns will not be accepted for:
    • Innerwear, socks, or clearance/sale items (if applicable)

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method or as store credit (based on your policy).

3. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for:
    • Size issues
    • Defective or damaged products
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/video proof.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges:
    • Free (if product is damaged/incorrect)
    • Customer pays (for size or preference returns)
